Canu/ Singing

Mae’r Clwb Canu yn cynnig cyfle gwerthfawr i ddisgyblion Blynyddoedd 3-6 ddatblygu eu sgiliau lleisiol, eu hyder a’u cariad at gerddoriaeth. Mae’r clwb yn agored i bob dysgwr, waeth beth fo’u profiad blaenorol, ac yn darparu amgylchedd cefnogol lle gall plant fwynhau canu gyda’u cyfoedion.

Yn ystod y sesiynau, bydd y dysgwyr yn dysgu amrywiaeth o ganeuon Cymraeg a Saesneg, gan ddatblygu eu technegau canu, eu rheolaeth anadlu, eu mynegiant a’u sgiliau perfformio. Rhoddir sylw hefyd i waith tîm, gwrando ac ymateb i gyfarwyddyd wrth ganu fel rhan o grŵp.

Bydd aelodau’r clwb yn cael cyfleoedd i ddysgu darnau ar gyfer perfformio mewn amrywiaeth o ddigwyddiadau o fewn yr ysgol, yn y gymuned leol ac yn ehangach. Gall hyn gynnwys gwasanaethau, cyngherddau, digwyddiadau cymunedol, gweithgareddau elusennol a chydweithio ag ysgolion neu sefydliadau eraill.

Mae’r clwb yn helpu i feithrin hyder, balchder a mwynhad o berfformio, gan roi cyfleoedd i’r disgyblion gynrychioli’r ysgol a rhannu eu doniau gyda chynulleidfaoedd amrywiol.

The Singing Club provides a valuable opportunity for pupils in Years 3-6 to develop their vocal skills, confidence and enjoyment of music. The club is open to all learners, regardless of previous experience, and offers a supportive environment where children can enjoy singing with their peers.

During sessions, pupils learn a variety of Welsh and English songs while developing vocal techniques, breath control, expression and performance skills. There is also a focus on teamwork, listening and responding to direction when performing as part of a group.

Members of the club have opportunities to learn pieces for performances at a range of events within school, throughout the local community and further afield. These may include assemblies, concerts, community events, charitable activities and collaborative performances with other schools or organisations.

The club helps to build confidence, pride and a love of performing, while providing pupils with opportunities to represent the school and share their talents with a variety of audiences.
