CAMAU DELIO Â CHWYNION (Crynodeb)/ STEPS TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS (Summary)

Rhoddir pob ymdrech i ddatrys unrhyw broblemau sy'n codi o fewn y diwrnod ysgol drwy'r hyn a nodir o fewn ein polisiau 'Drws Agored', 'Ymddygiad' a 'Bwlio'.

Every effort is made to resolve any problems which arise within the school by means of the steps noted in our 'Open Door', 'Behaviour' and 'Bullying' policies (see appendices in the back of the Prospectus).

 

Noder: Mewn unrhyw gwyn- boed yn ysgrifenedig neu ar lafar dylid sicrhau fod unrhyw sylw tuag at oedolyn neu blentyn yn barchus. Ni ddylid gyfeirio at unrhyw un mewn ffordd sy'n bychanu.

Note: In any complaint - written or oral - any comment made regarding an adult or pupil should be respectful. No one should be referred to in a belittling manner.

 

Rhaid i bob cwyn fod wedi ei selio ar ffaith, nid ar wybodaeth trydydd person na ellir mo'i brofi.

Every complaint must be based on fact, not on information from a third party that cannot be proved.

 

  • Cam 1: Person yn nodi cwyn ar lafar neu yn ysgrifenedig- datrys y broblem trwy gyfarfod gydag aelod o staff gan ddefnyddio'r canllaw a nodir ym mholisi 'Drws Agored Bryniago.'
  • Step 1: A complaint is received in writing or verbally - the problem is resolved through a meeting with a member of staff using the guidelines noted in Bryniago's 'Open door' policy.

 

 

  • Cam 2: Os nad yw'r gwyn wedi ei datrys: Cwyn yn cael ei gyfeirio at y Pennaeth, yn ysgrifenedig.
  • Step 2: If the complaint has not been resolved: Complaint is referred to the Head in writing.

 

  • Cam 3: Os nad yw'r gwyn wedi ei datrys: Cwyn yn cael ei gyfeirio at Gadeirydd y Llywodraethwyr. Ymateb ysgrifenedig.
  • Noder: Mae'r penderfyniad hyn yn derfynnol.
  • Step 3: If the complaint has not been resolved: Complaint is referred to Chair of Governors. Written response. Please note: This decision is final.
