Every effort is made to resolve any problems which arise within the school by means of the steps noted in our 'Open Door', 'Behaviour' and 'Bullying' policies (see appendices in the back of the Prospectus).
Noder: Mewn unrhyw gwyn- boed yn ysgrifenedig neu ar lafar dylid sicrhau fod unrhyw sylw tuag at oedolyn neu blentyn yn barchus. Ni ddylid gyfeirio at unrhyw un mewn ffordd sy'n bychanu.
Note: In any complaint - written or oral - any comment made regarding an adult or pupil should be respectful. No one should be referred to in a belittling manner.

Every complaint must be based on fact, not on information from a third party that cannot be proved.
